Turn up the volumes on Ear piece -during- a call (on the side of the phone <===>) and on the speaker at any time. The joy stick does it I think.

Can't hear person on other end of phone but they can hear me phone is Samsung SGH E760 this happens incoming and outgoing calls HELP!!!

At the bottom of the phone, check to see if there is any thing stuck in the mic opening, if not and if you are not in a bad reception area, you will need a agent to replace the phones voice mic.

Hope this helps

RIM Blackberry Pearl Can't hear incoming/outgoing calls

After receiving a message with sound, push the button on the side that activates voice dialing. It sometimes takes activating it twice, but it will turn the sound back on.

I have the reverse problem.  Callers can hardly hear me. I saw a setting in the headunit that allows you to specify where the audio plays for incoming calls.  You can choose the Left Front Speaker, the Right Front Speaker or Both.  Check the manual and make sure its set to both.
