Your question as written makes no sense. You made an earlier post 10 minutes before asking "How do check fuel pump is working".

Although badly written, (How do you check that the fuel pump is working?), I can answer that.

In the engine bay on the fuel rail there is a port that looks like a tyre stem called a Schrader Valve. You connect a fuel pressure gauge to it and test the fuel pressure when turning the engine over to start it. The pressure should be 44-50 PSI.

That code is the opposite, it isn't REACHNG temperature it should. However, I had that code and changing the thermostat, got rid of the code.

Error code P0128 indicates that your engine coolant temperature is below the thermostat regulating temperature. This means that your Engine Control Module (ECM) or Powertrain Control Module (PCM) has recognized that your engine is running cooler than it's supposed to.

i think its not hardware problem can u check any alarm are symbol which is showing on ur display if its try to fix it .due to it was interlock until u not clear it ur machine will never move.

follow the big pipe from radiaor to engien.
big pipe is connected with thermostat into engine

It sounds like the dealer is right. It is a newer car and that should be something covered under the warranty.

take the inner pannel off and there will be two clips,screws ors bolts just simply remove theese and sisonect wiring it should just push inward and come right out.

Try Craigslist - search on Toyota Highlander. In Denver someone is selling these for $50, plus you can over ride the moving lockout.

If there is no check engine light on the dash, it means the gear box should be changed.

If there is a check engine light on the dash, then take it for servicing/ correction (it might have shifted from the accurate position).
