Question about HP PSC 1410 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Scanner of my PSC 1410 stopped working. HP Tech Support advised that I check the cartridge. as the ink on the color cartridge was low I changed it. Now the printer wants the cartridge aligned and as the scanner is malfunctioning I can't get it done. Every time I switch on the Printer a test page is printed out and as the scanner is not working I can't align the cartridges either. What do I do to get back my printer ?
