Out of range

Unplug it - take battery out of hand held unit - for several minuets..

Put it back and power up..

If issue still there - there is a channel selector on the hand held unit.. Try changing channels..

If the battery is week in hand held this could happen.. These batteries last around a year +/-.. You can get a replacement online,, WalMart,, Radio Shack..

There could also be interference in the area..
