Suggest totally removing the software using add/remove programs. Reboot computer see if sounds is functioning without the software. If so reinstall the software following the installation procedure. BPCS

    Hi Hank,

Right Click on My Computer > Manage
    In Computer Management,
click on Device Manager. Do you see any Yellow colored traingle sized
warning signs there? If you do, then there maybe a driver problem with
the sound card. If you don't, locate your audio drivers, and install
them again, or make sure they are the latest version, if they arent download and install them again.

Ypu can also try to go to:
    Start>Control Panel> Sounds and Audio Devices>Adjust the
system volume and make sure the volume is up and Mute is unchecked.

If you are using a laptop, or a computer with a keyboard with volume controls, make sure these are not muted or down low

Left headphone speaker and left speaker both are not working.

Probably, unless there is another setting that you have missed. Have you loaded the correct drivers for the sound card?
