Well, youre not getting a blue screen/crash error, so I dont think you have anything wrog with the hardware. Sounds like it is time to reformat and reinstall windows. You might be able to start in safe mode and try some windows diagnostics, or virus scans, or spyware scans. It may also be possible to recover the system with windows system recovery.
