I have model WF430, the cycle is finished , it wont spin and door is locked even after i switch the power off

I have a WD640 with the digital display, it first said H20 once turnt off and on at plug worked again but now the door is locked and will not unlock? How can I get the door open? Thanks for any help

its hard to say without knowing the model and brand if its a maytag then you can find a yellow plastic ribbon in the detergent dis pull it and unlock door
