Light on lock button on keypad is flashing rapidly. typewriter will not type how do I get the light to stop and how do I get it to type?
I have the same problem
I know someone who can solve this problem

This is usually an indication that the lid is open (possibly a broken part on the lid that goes into a hole on the cover and presses a switch contact) or no ribbon or wrong ribbon/lift off combination
