xbox 360 when I load a game it doesn't read it and it says open tray over and over

I have the same problem

I know someone who can solve this problem

Were you ever able to play games on this system before?
If yes then you will need a new laser or DVD drive replacement.
If you bought it used that way, then if you cant get the original bin from the owner and the system was opened before you are out of luck.
