Ur convergence is dead.Replace it with a convergence kit.know how to solder right?try this website for the convergence kit.Tv repair World.com,or Tv Repair Kits.

If the green fuzz is only seen sometimes, it may be a cable issue. Check your cables to see they are tight and perhaps even replace them if the issue persists. If this doesn't solve your problem, the TV may have technical problems beyond your ability to fix - sounds like power issues.
