Just stopped cooling refrigerator and freezer model number 79571092111

Impossible for all fans to be working, compressor ok, freon levels fine, and no cooling. Of course, if your compressor is no longer compressing, then that would account for your problem - you could also confirm this by checking current draw. With the compressor doing nothing but spinning current draw should be next to nothing.

might be your compressor relay gone bad. if the condenser fan was running and no compressor that could be the case. Also could be a bad compressor. you could try installing a 3in1 start kit. cost about $30. if doesn't start with that then compressor is kaput.

Frigidaire Side By Side Not Cooling

That sounds like the start relay is buzzing. Unplug and lets check the compressor to see how hot and if too hot to hold your hand on the top of compressor we need to leave it unplugged until we find out if the start relay, start capacitor, overload or if the condenser fan stops after running a short while. Check the condenser coil to make sure it is free of any dust, which will cause the compressor to overheat. The fan underneath may still be running, but until the compressor cools down it will not start.
If the unit always immediately begins running when you turn the control off and back on, then it may be you have a bad control. Have a servixe tech look at it, as you cannot repair the's a throw away device.

Freezer works Refrigerator will not cool down

The compressor should be OK this time because you caught it in time. But if the condenser fan stops you need to consider replacing the fan. I have had refrigerators do fine until the fan motor warms up and you are away, it stops. Don't think you should use the refrigerator until the fan is fixed. Sea Breeze

Refridgerator/Freezer stopped cooling

if the compressor was very hot to the touch, suspect you have a compressor fault

Compressor is extremely hot

Compressor will be hot to the touch. You stated the fan was replaced and then said the fan is not cooling. If you replaced the fan and it is now operating, reinstall the panel you removed to install the fan motor. That panel determines proper air circulation to cool the system.

Refrigerator stopped cooling

The most common problems for refers not cooling is a condenser fan motor (the one that cools the compressor) is out. This can be caused by either a mouse has tried to jump trough the fan and it came on or a loss of grease or oil. There is no way to oil them so they have to be replaced. That is the problem especially if you unplugged the refer and it worked for a while then quit. If the fan doesn't cool the compressor it will overheat and shut down coming on intermittently then shutting off again. As for the refer that still doesn't cool when everything else does you may have an burnt overload also. Check the compressor area for burnt or stalled components ex. fan motor, relay, overload. If your compressor is out plan on spending from $300.00 to $500.00. But check the suggested components first. And beware there are appliance shops out there that will find one of these problems and give you an estimate for a compressor. Find someone reputable.
