COMPRESSOR STOPPED WORKING

Brealer OK, fan works but compressor stopped cooling both sides.
I have the same problem
I know someone who can solve this problem

Compressor is running more frequently and is making a loud buzzing sound. It is not cooling.
I have cleaned the condensor coils and fan grill as suggested in the manual.

if the compressor isn't running and is hot or you hear it clicking noise then replace the overload rely on the compressor its the little whit box on the side of the compressor shake it after taking it off and if it rattles and black stuff falls out the thermo disc is bad
