Yes. The program is available for download from the Sandisk website.

GO TO SANDISK.COM.

Type your model number into the search box in the upper right hand side. (example: E250)

Click on the photo of the model you purchased.

Scroll down and you will see on the right side- "Support, Docs and more"-

Click on that-

Then click on the "Sansa Media Converter"-

It will then take you to a registration page. You can skip this by clicking the "Skip registration".

Now you will be at the download page.

If you have any trouble getting to this, please contact Sansa at their toll free phone number: 1866SANDISK.

Sandisk Sansa

You go to the sansa website (google it) and download the sansa media converter for the sansa fuze. Install it and drag your movies into it and click convert. Long movies can take an hour on an average computer (be patient) and when it is complete unplug your sansa and make sure the video works.

Lost driver

The disk had Rhapsody and / or Best Buy Software and Sansa Media Converter. Which can be downloaded from www.Rhapsody.com and the Sansa media Converter is here; http://www.sandiskthailand.com/images/SansaMediaConverter.zip It did not contain any drivers. As long as you have Windows XP / SP2, and Windows Media Player 10 or higher, you will not need anything off of the disk. Best of Luck.
