Whats the right way to access the screen to reset

whats the right way to access the screen to reset it. i fell into it and pushed a side in. the tv still works. it appears that i need to remove the front section in order to reset the screen. whats the proper steps please.

if you remove the speaker grill at the bottom of fron of set you should see some screws there that will relaease the bottom palstic panel there then there should be some screws at boot of lense fram that will allow you to take it off and straighten them out
