I just purchased a 50

I just purchased a 50'' Samsung plasma from Target, had it installed with kid gloves by 3 grown men. 5 days later, I'm watching my TV and I hear a popping sound, buzzing, and then the screen goes black. The left side of the internal screen had cracked. I called Target and they said they would give me a full refund. Now that I'm aware of all the problems with this particular Samsung TV, I decided to purchase another brand due to the lack of customer service from Samsung. I'm just glad I bought it at Target and not Best Buy. How do we notify Samsung that this is not just a ''one time problem'' but rather a trend with their plasma TV's? They should listen to their customers before they no longer have any.
