Fax sending but not receiving

fax sending but not receiving. If I hear the fax ringing I can press the (Start fax 'Colour') button and it will connect and come through but if I am not there to press the button it will just ring out.

Go in your settings on the fax machine and select the option to tell the thing to automatically pick up in 2,3,4, etc., when an incoming fax signal comes in.
