Hi, I am trying to scan and print a document on my printer and when I put it on the scanner and hit "start copy" my printer says it is jammed but I can't find any jams, It reads: "Original jam:" I've tried hitting enter and cancel but it won't let me scan it. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
