On 21st Oct., 2009 I first used Paypal to pay a UK account (Receipt No. 4502-3430-6164-8860). When I attempted to use Paypal on 24th October for an American purchase, my details were wrong. It would not accept my password, the address was wrong and the phone no. was wrong. I tried to contact Paypal on the phone number supplied(888) 221-1161 but could not make contact.
