Your camera will need a repair. If your camera is in warranty, log onto www.kodak.com/go/itg and follow the prompts to book it in for repair. If its now out of warranty the contact Kodak direct on 0870 243 0270 (U.K. you stay somewhere else let me know and I will get the contact details for you) and ask for a special price on a new camera as there repair prices are not worth it.
