i dropped it on the sidewalk last night and it was out of battery, i charged the battery completely, but my camera still won't turn on.

Your logic board needs replacement.There is a camera repair guide that shows you how to open a Digital Camera and replace the part. The part is on Ebay. There is also a camera repair service that can do it for you.

sounds like a broken camera. better have it checked by your dealer/distributor for repairs
