Question about Belkin (F5D5231-4) Router
Okay so I bought a belkin router from a friend. It just comes with the router and power cord. How do i set up this wirelessly so i can surf the web, with not being hard wired to the modem? please help
Well.. if you have a laptop, or a pc, you better have in those a wifi modem built in your computer.. most of the laptops now have those things already integrated, and PCs.. well, youll have to buy a PCI card to suit you better... if you dont, youll need to buy a wifi modem...
then, if you used to have your internet connection through wire to your computer, youll have to unplug that and plug it into your belkin router...
then, if you have the wifi modem in your computer, there will be an icon in the task bar (where the clock is) where you can see all wireless conections..
find yours and you are done..
if you need more help, dont hesitate to ask.. ill be alert..
happy new year..
