Time for a new microwave.

one or both of your heat cencors are bad or the mag there is a belt that turns the tray it must be wore out

There are three common issues, magnetron "heats food" cracked high voltage diode, or a shorted high voltage capacitor. In order to find out you will need a professional to assess, it will be probably cheaper to replace the microwave oven.

Will need to pull apart to check....common failure with magnatron fuse....but could be magnatron, capaciter, diode. sugg to have a tech look at....if your not able to check, also call manufacturer, sometimes will cover.

If the microwave oven appears to be working but it is not heating the food, it is very possible that the magnetron, or its power supply has failed.

I have the same problem. Everything seems to work except it doesn't heat up food.
I remember last time when it was working. I pressed the start botton before I closed the door. So it didn't start automatically, and I pushed start and it worked(it still heat up the food), but it doesn't work now. Help Please!!!
