Problem for Gaggia Classic Espresso Machine

I have a probloem with my Gagia Cubika.

I have a probloem with my Gagia Cubika.
This is about 30 months old and gets used about once a day.
When I switch it on, the middle light, that should glow when the water is hot enough to brew coffee comes on immediately and the water won't heat.
I can still produce hot water and steam with the steamer button though.
I'm guessing it has two thermastats and one has broken?
