My cash register machine doesn't give the

my cash register machine doesn't give the subtotal(SBTL)...instead it produce sound...how can I fix it..?...and here comes the word or number like E 3.2. thank you

It sounds like a Sharp. If so, E32 means you have not logged on. Try pressing clear, then 1 then CLK# or CLERK or CASH#
