front loading washer walked across my room and the door popped open during wash cycle. Now the door is open but it won't unlock. i can't close it. seems to be functioning fine, the buttons work like usual but the door won't close

im sorry to tell you but you may need to get a repair man out to fix the lock from the inside of the washer its sort of stoped half way through its washing cycel
i gess the drum suport springs have poped off and thats why it went for a walkys in the first place
