Question about JVC AV-30W475 30" TV
There is no picture, all I get is a black blank screen, there are no words on the screen, but I can here the sound even when changing the channels. I bought this TV 3 Years ago. When I press INPUT nothing on the screen appears.
The high voltage display power is down. First step is to measure the B+ voltage with a voltmeter to see if you have power to this section. It should be about 140 volts so don't touch it. Having this kind of failure after 3 years is unusual. Was there any kind of power surge etc that may have coincided with it?
