Do not reset the router. If you reset the router you will loose all the other settings of the router. The WEP key is the password to connect to the wireless network. that is set up on the router. After reseting my DI-524, accessing it yields screen telling me to update the firmware. I've tried to several time, but it just causes the router to lock up. I've tried reseting the unit again. And, yes I've cycled the power a few times ? no love. Y'all have any voodoo to solve this problem?
