Question about Kenmore 23613 Progressive PowerMate Bagged Canister Vacuum
Question; you can't run it properly meaning? The agitator (brush) isn't spinning? If that's the case, then Kazong is right, check the belt. If the belt is fine, check to make sure you didn't damage the bearing of the agitator.
How to get to the agitator/belt:
Remove the 2 screws that are holding the cover into place. Usually found on the bottom of the power head; in some cases, they are found on the top of the cover. Detach the cover from the back and the sides.
