Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
My computer is no t recognizing my sansa e260 MP3 player
I also had the same problem, disconnect the device from PC/laptop. Go the menu button of MP3 player, go to setting, go to USB, change the setting to MSC from MTP and you are done.
Connect once again and u r ready

Try to add the device manually.
Plug the player in while it’s set to "MTP" mode. (This selection is in the Settings area)
On your computer, open Device Manager, and select: Add Hardware.
Choose the "already connected the hardware" option.
From list, choose "Add a new hardware device".
Select: "Install the hardware that I manually select from a list."
Select: Portable Devices, then MTP device.
Hope it works for you.
