purchased surround sound, have impaired hearing & can't find an ear phone jack on the DVD player.
I have the same problem
I know someone who can solve this problem

According to the manual, there is not a dedicated ear-phone jack on the unit. However, it does have an analog audio-out jack in the back which could be connected to a y-cable adapter, and then connected to headphones with a built-in volume control.
