Question about Canon PowerShot A310 Digital Camera
When it was under warranty they walked me through rebooting it and then the pictures looked fine. Now it's doing the same thing where the pictures have lines on them and the quality is well not good basically. Appreciate any knowledge on how to reboot the thang.
Rebooting won't fix it. This sounds like it a defective CCD imager. If so, Canon should fix this for you for free, including free shipping both ways. This is regardless of your camera's warranty status. Please check the following two links for more info:
