Question about Acer Aspire 3000 Notebook
You can not do something, if your computer will continuosly shutting down as you turn it on. so first and foremost, if it is still applicable, try to repair your OS, by rebooting on its original OS.
If this is not possible, run your pc, on SAFE MODE with COMMAND PROMPT, and try to copy the file you want to transfer from drive C to drive D. And to have a guide to do so, as you get in the command prompt, type xcopy/?
