Sony DAVHDX265 System

Playing dvds

The dvds only play in black and white, we are not sure how to fix this problem. While watching regular tv the color is normal.
I have the same problem
I know someone who can solve this problem

My DVD dosn't comunicate with my HD TV put the PIP or the little windows show the move but when I try to put it on AV (video). I told these to a store technisian and he said its my Seting on my DVD, but I have puch all the bottens and nothing yet. What can I do.
