Generic problem for all PC Laptops
PCI Express error

When I turn on my laptop, I get a normal Toshiba startup screen, but immediately after that it gives me the message "PCI Express error." Sometimes it won't even show the startup screen, and sometimes it starts to load Windows XP--but it never finishes.

I try to windows xp and it will start set up and then go to a blue screen that says hit f7 because of acpi compliance doesn't work. I also updated bios to 2.1 same results.

Wizmake sure that the PCI Card is firmly fixed at its slot and lets notice if there will be a change..
If there is non then i guess you will have to swap the PCI card with a good one..
Please be very cautious when doing this or you can let an expert handle it for you..
