Honeywell QuietCare HCM-630 Humidifier

Humidifier does not turn on

I have a Bionaire warm moisture humidifier (CP2550) and when I turn it on it does not work. I disassembled it and it seems the problem might be with the relay (circuit-board) but I am not too sure. How can I fix this?
