Open the cover on the place where you put
the soap. There you should see a round piece that you turn and pull out fill the reservoir with jet dry. Once it's filled put the plug back in it should be good for 30 washes. Most have a sight glass that will turn from green when full and clear when empty jet dry will help.

My dishwasher do not dry the dishes

First, make sure you are using Jet-Dry (or equivalent) rinse-aid. As part of this "green", ecological, environmentalist-wacko movement, dishwasher makers have cut down on the amount of heat generated by the heating element, and as a consequence, it is now imperitive that you use rinse-aid to help with the drying. Note: Finish Corp (the makers of Jet-Dry) now make a version called "Turbo-Dry". Try that (if you can find it). If you try that, and it still won't dry, then you may have a bad heating element, or else a bad controller.

If the jet dry dispenser is full, it will last you about 3 or 4 months depending on how often you use the dishwasher

In my GE dishwasher, the jet-dry in the dispenser turned brown. I emptied it all out and refilled it with clean jet-dry, but a few weeks later it was brown again. I guess somehow dirty water is getting...

Had the same problem, opened up the dishwasher, pulled out the jet dry container and found some kind of nasty growth in it. I honestly have no idea what it is, so of course I took a picture, and then threw the whole thing away._1813.jpg

Soap not breaking down in dishwasher

Be sure to run kitchen water hot at faucet before starting dishwasher or you will get an entirely cold water washer. Also be sure the jet dry dispenser is not empty. Only use liquid jet dry. Pay no attention if soap says with jet dry. Does not work as well. Hope this helps.

We bought a used Roper dishwasher not too long

I was having the same problem with a Roper dishwasher and the Palmolive Eco gel. After doing a little research, I found that the detergent I was using doesn't work well with hard water. I emptied the machine, then poured in 2 cups of white vinegar and ran it on a complete cycle. This cleaned out any hard water residue build up inside. I then begin using electrasol with jet dry tablets for detergent and filling the rinse agent reservoir with white vinegar. I have had no problems since.
As for the heated dry, is it really heating or are you just feeling the heat left over from the very hot water used in the washing and rinsing?

Check page 2, number 2 in the owner's manual...

A liquid rinse aid dispenser is only found in select models. Yours may not have a dispenser.
