I need a manual for napoleon fireplace model nZ-2000. Can't seem to find it anywhere, can someone help?

Air to fuel(gas) mixture is off. Check for any adjustments for this in owners manual.

Contact Napoleon at 1-(800) 461-5581 and ask for a AUTHORIZED servicing distributor in your area. You can also go to www.napoleon.com, put in your zip code, and it will tell you who is and isn't an authorized SERVICING DISTRIBUTOR for your fireplace. I hope this helps.

The company I work for has been in the fireplace business for over 35 years. Napoleon is one of the brands that we have access to. The BGD36CFG is not a simple unit to diagnose. If you can not find a servicing dealer in your area I would call a licensed HVAC but always default to calling Napoleon first. There is no telling why the fireplace will not ignite. Below is the

Make sure the pilot is turned to the ON position, otherwise you might have a broken thermopile which will need to be replaced as it controls the burner.

I emailed the manufacter and they emailed an attachment containing the installation instructions. The fireplace insert hasn't been made in 9 years.

an open fireplace is not going to heat your house only 5 feet in front of the fire place. 75% of the heat goes out your chimney and burns the wood very fast. sorry to say but if you are looking for heat you installed the wrong unit!

whats parts do you need? I can help with it if I knew the parts, all yo uneed to get parts is the model and serial # and your local parts palce will set you up. but i can help with it if i knew part you wanted and why you want it to make sure you need it.
