Try here http://www.napoleonfireplaces.com/ there isn't much to the fireplaces from the homeowners point of view , Kelkem makes the best product for cleaning the fireplace glass....maintain sufficient clearances to combustibles and if it requires service , have an expert service it DO NOT service it yourself...have the chimney inspected regularly
