What causes the Futura CE100 to beep constantly?

It may need to be re threaded or the stitch length is not right.

Model 3007 Elna sewing machine

I have one of these machines and have tried to reproduce your symptoms.

I have played with the automatic buttonhole device and the two sensors and have not been able to obtain this fault.

The only way I can get the same result as you is if I hold in the needle up/down switch while the machine is switched on. The machine then beeps continuously, will not operate and remains beeping until switched off. This suggests to me that your switch is either faulty or the button is stuck in the pressed position.

If you know how to get the covers off your machine, you could disconnect it from the controller board but it's quite tricky to identify the correct wires as many of the sensors and other devices on the machine use the same colours.

Where can i find a manual for my Elna sewing machine

You could try searching this website; you may need to see if there is a model number on the side ID plate on your machine first.

Failing that, I would suggest you contact your Elna headoffice; start at, go to your country, then the "contact us" page to find the head office details. They should be able to tell if if the manual is available and how much.

Machine is threaded correctly on both the bobbin and top.I have followed the manual step-by step and tried suggestions from other users. The machine will stitch about 2 inches and then beeps. The thread...

It sounds as if you have tried all the usual fixes so it might be a problem with the actual circuitry causing this. I'd take it into nearest Singer the sewing machine dealership or shop where you bought it and ask them to service it (or if still under warranty, for them to diagnose the fault).

Singer 7422 beeps and all lights come on when peddle is pressed.

There are several sensors on this machine that just start causing the machine to malfunction for no apparent reason. One is one the bobbin winder, one on the buttonholer, and one under the machine which workd with the feed. It is far from an exact thing. If you can get to them, sometimes loosening them, moving them about then tightening them seems to 'fix' them. Sometimes not. Wish we could be more exact in explaination but sometimes we will move them repeatedly then they start working. It is hit and miss.

If it is threaded correctly, especially on top, there is a sensor that is giving you the beep error message. Common problem but it requires trip to experienced singer tech. Sorry solution is not for consumer, too hard to get to sensors and it is not an specific action for remedy.
