I cannot scan using my AR-M160 copier

Hello... just wondering if you have been able to scan with your copier before now and it has stopped, or if you have just got your machine and you are setting it up? etc. Have you checked your cables to ensure they are all plugged in right (I know it is a dumb question, but it has solved many cases when checked again)? Please expand on the following so I can help you out more... johno@execs.com
