Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3

Motorola Razor: thumbnail doesn't match photo

When I take a picture, it saves what I think is my photo as the thumbnail. But then when I go to view the photo, it is actually a snapshot that was taken one second later.

It's like the camera took two pictures, one a second after the first.

So then when I go to menu>Fun & Apps>Pictures I see my desired picture as a little thumbnail in the gallery. But then when I click to view that picture, I see the second picture, which was the picture taken a second later.

How do I get the first picture to actually be viewed? I want to see it bigger. I tried to forward it to "My Album" in T-Mobile, but it is still the second, unwanted picture. I thought I took a great picture last night, but I can't see it other than as a tiny thumbnail.

Please help me.

Thanks Tanya. Res is maxed. I definitely try to stay still, but sometimes things are moving. The thumbnail pictures is perfect, but I can't access it. The final picture is a little blurred, because everything started moving...

    I appreciate the help.

It's actually a "normality" of motorola cameras ... The sound you hear of it "snapping" a picture and what you really see are two different time frames. Best trick: hold still even after you hear/see it take a pic.

Go into your options and see what your resolution size is. Try bumping it up if you can. Hopfuilly that beefs up the photo size.

unfortunately it sounds like the normality of the cam on the phone :( Cams on the Razr are very inferior cams (as compared to other cam phones) for good quality look for at least a 2mp cam phone

Take out the battery and unplug once that is done press the power button for a second or so. Remove the disc with the pictures first out of the DVD or CD drive first before you do this disconnect any external devices you have plugged in as well. Now replace the battery back in the slot and plugin the computer again restart it. This hopefully will reset the disk back at the beginning of the drive. Before you load or want to view large amounts of pictures, you really have to make sure that your HD is not full and the cache is set not to load and save thumbnails you can do this at the File Manager in the Control Panel.
Not many folks know about this but your computer will save the thumbnails by default this should be set to off. It is handy to have it on however it will slow down your computer only faster machines this works great for. You have a fast machine according to your description. This should have not been an issue depending on the size of your photo disc also some of the photos may not have been in the proper format and the HD has to find a program that will open them up with so I think it got confused while working them and placing them in their file. All you need is Phonetools 4.2 and a simple A-USB to B-USB cable - the data cable costs about $8-10, and the phonetools is from $5 - $12.00

Hope that helps
