You could have a bad cable or loose connection where the cable plugs into it. ac charger works the best.

How can I get all of my photos into Google Photos?

Are we talking about digital photos on a PC or Macintosh, or about your photo albums?

You can Auto Upload photos from your Mac or Windows computer by downloading the Google Photos Application:
During the install process it will ask you where your photos are located. Once installed it will begin the upload process, when the computer is on of course. It took a few days for my 1500 photos to make it all the way to Google Photos.

You have unlimited storage if you choose High Quality and not Original photo size. This link explains this further, I chose High Quality and it works great for me.

If you need to digitize (convert photos to files stored on your computer) your photo albums, you can use a flat bed scanner. To save time I placed up to four or six photos on the scanner bed. Once in my Google Photos I can slice and dice them any way I want.

How can i download my picture from desktop to my i phone

Using "Photo Stream" to transfer photos from PC to iPhone automatically with iCloud is pretty convenient. Go to "Settings > iCloud > Photos (Photo Stream on iOS 6)" and then turn on My Photo Stream. Then get your iCloud started on your PC. In the iCloud Control Panel, Check the "Photos" and then enable the "Photo Stream" option. After that, import the photos into the "Photo Stream" folder on your PC, and then you will be able to view the photos on your iPhone. Using iCloud to transfer photos from computer to iPhone is easy, but this method needs Wi-Fi connection. Only over Wi-Fi connection can iCloud sync photo on PC with iPhone.

MY Zen WONT TURN ON. It also wont charge.

Connect the player to a USB port on the back of a desktop PC.. Check the display for the charging icon . As the display times out after a few seconds, press any button on the player to reactivate the display. If the battery is fully depleted, the charging icon may not be displayed. Cup the player in your hands to check that the blue power LED behind the Play/Pause and Options buttons is blinking on and off repeatedly. This indicates that the player is successfully charging. After 1 hour of charging, power on the unit to activate the display. The charging icon should be displayed. Allow the player to charge for at least 6 hours. During this time, if charging from a USB port, please ensure your PC does not enter a power conservation mode (Standby, Sleep, or Hibernate) as this will interrupt charging. If the player does not indicate a charge, or will not power on after at least 6 hours of charging, please contact Customer Support.
You might try updating your ZEN V or ZEN V Plus firmware to take advantage of new features and functionality.

Zen m wont turn on

Well, it needs to charge via USB on your computer, so plug in your zen into the computer with the creative usb cord, and let it recharge. It may not necessarily turn on if it's really out of battery, but you can tell its charging when the switch you use to turn on and off, and hold, the light is blinking. After sometime, your Zen screen on the upper righthand corner should show a little battery and be blinking green what stage it's at in its charging. When its done charging the battery icon with be fully green, not blinking, and have a little plug icon inside of the battery icon to indicate that it is fully charged--takes a couple of hours to charge.

If that does not work, check your USB cord to make sure it's not damaged in any way. If it is, you may need to purchase a new one for better connection. And if that doesn't work, then you might need to replace the battery altogether, which I'm sure, if you are still in your manufactuer's warranty, they can do for you. After it is replaced, your zen should be good as new and ready to operate.

Hope this helps. Good luck!
