Kaspersky Trial Reset Error

Hi! I'm trying to use ''Kaspersky Trial Reset'' app in my laptop using OS xp. It was working before perfectly. And now Its giving me error ''Abnormal Program Termination''. I tried using same file in my other PC OS Xp & its working perfect. I dont figure out is my laptop lacking of some missing files ? I've done everything. I'm getting same error again & again. I tried to run under admin control too but no luck.
