Why does my Sony NWZ-E436F (4 GB) MP3 Player not play my new Mp4 videos that i put on it? however it does play my old ones?

Then what I would say is that the new files that it wont play are not supported by your player. Here is a converter that wil help you fix that problem: First off get the arcsoft media converter 3, then drag and drop the videos you want to get on your mp3 player into the program, after it converts it loads them onto your mp3 player as long as it?s connected, this program will also allow you to download YouTube videos and put them on your mp3 player too.
