Try a hair dryer, open the disc drawer ( without any game inside) and hold the hairdryer right up to the hole where the drawer goes in. Worked on mine.
This is actually quite a common problem and the reason normally is not the DVD drive being faulty, what causes it is the sensors at the back of the DVD drive are taking too much heat.
To stop this you need to stop the heat which you can do by sending it off for repair or fixing it yourself using a proven Xbox 360 Repair guide
Either use a can of air or open the xbox up and clean the dvd lens but if u still have the one year warranty then dont open and send it in...........or u can send it to me i fix them i live in illinois www.myspace.com/legalizeit2009
