Thank you. We are now getting a clear picture, but not on the basic TV channels. Our other TV's in the house are fine.

Ok, do a vibration test. shake it, hit it, shake the wire coming in and watch the screen. if it clears for a sec it is a bad connection. if not, let me know. When it is said that a picture is worth a thousand words they didn't realize how much truth was in the saying. it is closer to 100,000 to 1. sound is the 1. if you have sound and poor video it could be a lack of signal. The rolling part is a lack of the sync signal. Barn

If the screen has cleared up from the vibration test and your other tvs look good then the trouble will probably be in the cable connecting it to the rest of the system. Follow the cable back to the splitter where it connects to the rest of the system. shake it, tighten it and have someone watch the screen for any changes while you do it. Barn

If it has a audio/video input connect a DVD etc to see if the same issue or not, also a model number is needed here for a answer.

It is most likely a problem with the tuner, I would contact the place you purchased it or your nearest repair shop.

Similar problem with my Toshiba. I was told it was the power supply and that it would cost about $900 to replace parts and labor
