My flm-3201 has sound and picture, but the picture jumps up and down. It's like the vertical needs to be ajusted but can't. Any Ideas?

these sets dont have verticale circuits as old sets had
this will most likely require a digital board to correct this problem
or a control box they can run 350.00 and up for the part
