ADVENT KBW100 Aluminium Multimedia Keyboard

bought the set for christmas, activated it no problem... why does it switch off? Extremely frustrated user! Simply too confusing and unreliable a product to hang on to! what's the problem?? Following all instructions, so why won't it work??

You dont mention what operating system you are using. Perhaps your system is going into hybernation causing the keyboard to turn off. Try the following...go to Control Panel, then select Power Options and click on each tab to select your options.
