Question about Koutech Systems PC720 (IO-PC720) (IOPC720) Serial Adapter
Says ther's a paerjam, but there isn't. Any ideas?
Looking at the copier where the paper comes out of, there is a switch to open and close it. Pull up and look on the left side in the back. There is a little spring that comes off, or breaks, or the plastic that holds it on breaks. THIS CAN PAPER JAM THE MACHINE AND SEEM LIKE A MAJOR PROBLEM. ALL IT IS IS A LITTLE SPRING. Hope that is only your problem.

Turn the printer off and on to see if it can automatically clear some or all of the jam. Many printers provide an error-code listing on the front panel display for the area where the jam occurred. If your printer shows an error code, be sure and check the printer manual to see if that identifies the area of the printer where the jam occurred
Open and check for any paper jam .Clear paper jam and press ONLINE
