Problem for Pure Digital Flip Video Ultra Camcorder

When I try to record with my Flip Video Ultra, it says full, but when I try to delete it says it is empty. I hooked up to my laptop and it says 3.9 megs available actually but almost 2 gigs full - but I don't see it. How can I clean or reset it normal. It did work initially when I bought it. Big thanks. Mike

Hi Mike. This is usually resolved by reformatting the Flip. To do this, when your Flip is already plugged into the usb port of the computer, go to Windows Explorer and locate the Drive letter for the Flip. Right click it and choose Format.
