I have a 1999 Orion tv1929 and lost the remote. Because I couldnt watch all of the channels i got a universal remote. It is a living solutions A17G0510. The remote is programmed for the tv but when i hit menu, it takes me to the menu and then i cannot do anything from there. No other buttons will work and i need to set my channels. Please tell me what to do. Thanks
