They might be different speed not because they say pc3200 they are the same voltage and the same speed. Now you might have the correct memory.Try using a single chip.If this fails you might have the incorrect type.

Recommend checking the motherboard specifications to see how much memory and what type it can handle. If you don't have this, you can easily locate it on the internet. The replacement memory sticks will need to be of the same type. That means your motherboard may not be able to handle the PC3200 type chips you have. It may require the PC2600 type instead.
